New and returning managers/coaches are required to obtain and maintain on file with Fairfield Rec Assoc. both a Pennsylvania Child Welfare Background Check and a Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check.  Each background checks is required to be updated every 2 years per Babe Ruth League, Inc. 2019 Rule changes.  Both background checks are required before any manager/coach is allowed to participate in coaching activities.
